On-the-Move Drone Defense: 5km/3km Vehicle System
2026/08/05
Consumer UAVs, FPV racing drones and custom modified aircraft are proliferating, creating airspace security gaps for convoy escort, VIP security and border patrols.
Traditional stationary drone defense systems fail while moving — driving demand for vehicle-mounted solutions that deliver full detect-identify-countermeasure workflows at highway speeds.
Built with passive radio detection architecture, the system covers a full detection frequency range of 300MHz to 6GHz (Evidence: Product Technical Specification), with 360° horizontal and ±90° vertical omnidirectional coverage. It identifies mainstream brand drones including Autel, plus FPV racing drones, Wi-Fi drones and various other aircraft types.
In open environments, detection radius reaches 5km with 0–1200m altitude coverage and ≤5 second detection response time. Countermeasure radius reaches 3km, covering six core bands — 900MHz, 1.2GHz, 1.5GHz, 2.4GHz, 5.2GHz and 5.8GHz — disrupting drone remote control, video transmission and navigation signals, with multiple countermeasure effects including drive-away and forced landing.
The system features 6 independent RF countermeasure channels, each with on/off control for flexible configuration of countermeasure coverage based on field requirements. Countermeasure response time is ≤3 seconds (Evidence: Product Technical Specification), triggering jamming rapidly after target detection.
It supports whitelist/blacklist functionality, allowing one-click marking of cooperative drones. Whitelisted aircraft are unaffected by countermeasures, preventing friendly fire incidents. It is equipped with triple alarm methods — information, sound and light — immediately alerting security personnel when drone intrusions are detected.
Featuring an integrated low-wind-resistance industrial design, the device weighs 64.25kg (Evidence: Product Technical Specification), mounts easily on vehicle roofs, and maintains stable detection and countermeasure operation at speeds up to 150km/h — building a mobile airspace protection bubble around moving convoys. It supports 220V AC power or mobile power supply, with ≥30 minutes of continuous full-band operation on mobile power. Operating temperature ranges from -20°C to 60°C, adapting to various complex outdoor environments. It supports standalone operation or multi-device networking for large-scale coverage systems.
As mobile airspace security needs evolve, traditional drone defense devices limited to stationary operation no longer meet convoy escort scenario requirements. This vehicle-mounted integrated drone detection and defense system combines three core advantages — 5km detection with 3km countermeasure, stable operation at highway speeds and 6 flexibly controlled bands — and is compatible with all mainstream consumer, Autel and FPV drone categories. It provides a standardized mobile airspace protection solution for VIP security, material transport and border patrol scenarios.
